Our Team

Lee Lambert, Partner


Lee has been involved in Real Estate for the last 20 years. Lee has worked with national home building companies and in local development and has been very active in Real Estate sales. He focuses on marketing services and investment. Lee provides the sales and marketing of our properties, in addition to providing entitlement expertise for our land developments.   Lee has 2 great kids, Noah and Destiny, enjoys reading, debating, exercising and BEACHING!                   

Ron Mikesh, Partner


Ron has been active in Real Estate for 35 years and is a Broker.  He has an Unlimited NASCLA Residential and Commercial Building License and is licensed in 11 States.  Ron has been in Land Development and Residential Construction for the last 25 years.  He has developed many Communities and is experienced in Commercial upfit.  Ron's best son is Parker. Ron and his fiancee, Sierra, spend most of their free time listening to live music, working out and chasing the Sun!
